I bought my car here and have taken it back for all maintenance since purchasing almost 2 years ago. I needed an oil change and they had no availability so I tried taking it some place else. The place I took it to, told me they would not fix my vehicle due to the oil plug being damaged/over tightened. So I attempted to call the svc center. I left a voicemail and never got a callback. The following day I had to make 5 attempts at calling to actually get someone to make an appointment. They then got me in the next day and took care of it. When going to pay the made it sound like they were doing me a favor for not charging parts and labor for fixing my oil plug when that is the only shop that has worked on my vehicle. It’s nice because everyone is nice when you speak with them and prices aren’t outrageous but it’s sad when you have to have them fix something they caused; and for me this isn’t the first time.

I started out in saginaw trying to buy an SUV because im a disabled veteran and I was having trouble making it to appointments. Some of the Sginaw dealers were so rude. When i got with Garber i was so happy to be treated with respect. Caleb worked with me and could not ask for a better young man to help me and he is a veteran of army still in the guard but not just that the whole place was just very friendly and reasonable and just made my life so much easier. When you have chronic pain and dont sleep much the last thing you need is to deal with people that are rude amd that was not these good people at all.
